The HeadCount product range is supported by dedicated software and hardware engineering teams. HeadCount has designed customer-centric product support packages allowing our clients to do what they do best while we look after their sophisticated counting networks.

DQM and HELP are the new product support packages from HeadCount Systems. HeadCount has rewritten the concept on traditional service and maintenance “contracts” offered in the past and structured its services into flexible packages based on needs communicated to us by customers.

“DQM” stands for Data Quality Management. It is a monthly subscription facility that gives the client peace of mind in knowing that his HeadCount site is being monitored to ensure the count data is complete and free of anomalies on a daily basis. A toll free number is also offered which enables the client to contact the HeadCount support centre on any query. Should a serious fault be found, the client is contacted immediately to notify him of the problem and the possible solutions to resolving it.

“HELP” is the acronym for HeadCount Extended Life Plan. It offers the client an extended warranty on the counting equipment hardware. It also covers the costs for call outs to investigate, repair and replace any hardware component covered and includes regular visits to the site for preventative maintenance.
